Listings that have payments made through PayPal are usually published within 24 hours or less.

If you have neglected to pay for your listing, we send you an invoice through PayPal that may be paid online with a credit card or by mail with a check. Listings paid by check are not approved until a check payment is received at our offices.

Our Town Rentals encourages owners to creatively market their listings.  We keep our bases prices incredibly low to allow the customization of your listing through inexpensive Spotlights. 

Spotlights can promote your listing on the search engine in different ways and at different times during the run of your ad. Spotlights can give owners a unique edge on the search engines and for the attention of vacationers browsing the website.

Enhancing your listing's placement and its visibility on the browsing pages is your choice. Depending on the location and time of year, you buy what you need - or not. Our base price is more than one-half the cost of comparable listing services - with a host of features included - 15 photos too - and outstanding customer care.

• Featured Listings ( $35.) This is comparable to other sites gold star, mega watt, most expensive ad placements.
  
  The Featured Listings are spotlighted on our home page, all the town pages and state pages and get double billing as a top listing in the town browsing page -and seen again with regular listings. The featured listing rotate with other featured listings.in other towns.
  
  
• Attention Getters ($10).)are decorative word graphics that appear next to your thumbnail picture and description on the browsing pages.  Words like "Winter Rental" or "Pool" etc. draw attention to your listing. We will make one for you if you don't see what you want.

• Better Placement ($10.)for your town page keeps you rotating at the top of the regular listings with other better placement listings - but below the featured listings.
  
  
• Bolding ($10.) highlights your ad in the browsing pages with a different background color and bold text.
  
  
• Last Minute Specials - ($15.)Specials are content-driven spotlights that appear on our home page and a Specials page. They are designed for owners who have experienced last minute cancellations or unexpected vacancies. The Specials have some strict rules to protect the validity of this spotlight:
  
  They must be a real special - either last minute and/or price reduced.
