South Beach Haven,New Jersey, Ocean Front on Long Beach Island

South Beach Haven on the New Jersey Shore is located just south of the resort community of Beach Haven. Even so, many consider this neighborhood to be part of the larger community of Holgate. It's separate identity comes from the fact that South Beach Haven is an area of summer homes built mostly after the 1950's offering beach house rentals from that era, many of which have been renovated and/or enlarged to accommodate a comfortable and contemporary family vacation. Nearby activities of Long Beach Island and this neighborhood include childrens theater, kayaking, motor boating,jet skiing,basketball courts,tennis courts, steam boat rides, markets, restaurants,and tea rooms.Adults will be interested that South Beach Haven is one hour from Atlantic City and their children happy to know that its a short walk or bike ride to Fantasy Island in Beach Haven town center.
