Large front porch and smaller back porch with Gas BarBQ grill off kitchen.

Storage shed with beach chairs, beach toys etc. off back porch.

On first floor are living room, dining room, bedroom with full bed, large eat-in kitchen and bathrooom. Two more bedrooms on second floor -- one with queen bed, other with two twin beds.

All beds have very comfortable mattresses. Queen sleep sofa in living room.

Pack-N-Play cribs and air mattresses also available.

AC units and/or ceiling fans in all rooms.

Washer/dryer.

Large refrigerator with ice-maker.

At the end of the block heading east is a great fenced playground, tennis courts (rarely used -- key provided with rental), and shuffleboard courts, all next to a beautiful lake with ducks and swans and a fountain. One more block and you're at the beach!

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Pay by personal check. If you prefer paypal, or would like to expidite a deposit via paypal to hold the rental, please add the paypal fee(3%). If you prefer payp al , please add th e paypal fee (3%).
Refund subject to our re-renting the unit with a small administrative fee deducted. Ad mi ni st ra ti ve fee deduct ed .
Security Deposit is $500 to $800 depending on unit and length of stay during the summer. Security deposit for winter or yearly rental is one and a half month's rent. 2 weeks before arrival. 50% of total price due at bo ok in g. Ba la nc e due May 1st.
Check in Our seasonals run from May 21 to September 7 for 2009. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday with Check in at 2 pm and check out at noon. Security Deposit is $800 for any length stay during the summer.
