2 Bedroom summer rental or winter rental on 2nd floor of the same house has large private second-floor deck with great breezes and view of lake and ocean! AVAILABLE AUGUST 23 TO LABOR DAY (9 DAYS) FOR $1,500.
Bright, clean, freshly painted. Sleeps 5 (full bed, 2 singles, plus futon in living room). Eat-in kitchen... but you'll want to enjoy most of your meals on the spacious deck with great ocean and lake views! Full bath. Computer room for work or games with high speed internet access. Digital cable in 3 rooms, and unlimited phone in 50 states. Barbeque grill. Two Beach Badges, Beach chairs and beach umbrellas provided as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, games, books, and more. DVD player, radio, CD player. Last four photos are of this rental, but we have made improvements to furnishings and decor. Loft bed will have safety rails added, there are now 3 TV's including a much larger one in the living room.
Playground, tennis court (a gate-key comes with either rental), & shuffleboard at end of block! (See photo #7.)

Large front porch and smaller back porch with BarBQ grill off kitchen. Storage shed with beach chairs, beach toys etc. off back porch.
On first floor are living room, dining room, bedroom with full bed, large eat-in kitchen and bathrooom.
Two more bedrooms on second floor -- one with queen bed, other with two twin beds. All beds have very comfortable mattresses.
Queen sleep sofa in living room.
Pack-N-Play cribs and air mattresses also available.
AC units and/or ceiling fans in all rooms.
Washer/dryer.
Large refrigerator with ice-maker.
Larger dining room table available if desired.
Internet Access 5x faster than DSL
Phone with unlimited calling in 50 States plus Canada and Mexico.
IO Cable Package with over 200 channels
Large TV with cable box in living room. Two other TV's with cable access in four other rooms.
GREAT TOWN with delightful shops, eateries, free concerts almost nightly, and much more!

Please note: New homes have been built on what was a park kati-corner to our house (shown in main ad photo.) However, the next block to the west is a lovely park with trees and benches.
At the end of the block heading east is a great fenced playground, tennis courts (rarely used -- key provided with rental), and shuffleboard courts, all next to a beautiful lake with ducks and swans and a fountain. One more block and you're at the beach!
Sorry, no pets. No smoking on the property.
