Step back in time and vacation in Spring Lake, New Jersey.

Our vintage style house is a Charming three bedroom home that was recently renovated.  Save GAS and take a Green Vacation this summer at our house!  You can take NJ Transit to the Spring Lake Train Station--walk to the house and then use our bikes to get around to the beach, town and dinner.  No parking worries and exercise too!!  Great way to safe money on Gas this summer!!

It is very close to the Lake, a short walk to town and the beach. The train is also very close for commuters to New York City.

It is a two-story home on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. We have a large backyard and a lovely deck with umbrella and dining furniture. There is a large enclosed outdoor shower with dressing area. The home also has a lovely enclosed front porch with wicker furniture. There are wood floors throughout.

The home comes equipped with washer, dryer and air conditioning. This home has been carefully decorated in a casual beach house style. Perfect for your family for the summer. We offer garage use for storage of bikes, or beach chairs. Fully furnished with matching linens, kitchen is well stocked. We offer our bikes to you on your stay. We will also be including a stocked beach locker at South End Pavilion, which includes pool, shower and restroom access as well as beach. New High Speed Internet!!!

• September $2000 weekly

Summer Rates include utilities, beach/pool passes at South End Pavillion with Locker. Monthly or longer includes a mid-month professional cleaning.

Off Season Rates:

Winter Rental 2008 - $1600/month plus utilties from Sept to May (minimum of 5 month rental) Individual Months avail at a higher rate
