Vacation Rental Policies

• Payment Options: Credit cards are not accepted. Personl checks are accepted for rental deposits. Final payment is due on the beginning day of your rental when you show up at the property IN THE FORM OF MONEY ORDER, CASHIER CHECK or CASH. Personal checks will not be accepted for final payment !!
• Deposits: 50% down of the total rent and security deposit upon signing of The Lease Agreement.
• In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the owner shall make every effort to re-rent the property. Any advertising costs shall be the tenant's responsibility. The advertising costs shall not be deducted from the rental deposit. If the owner is unable to re-rent the property, the tenant shall loose the entire rental deposit. If the owner is able to re-rent the property at a reduced rate, the difference, plus an additional $50.00 shall be withheld from the rental deposit and then the remainder refunded to the tenant. If the owner is able to re-rent the property at the same rate, the tenant shall receive the rental deposit back withholding $50.00 for the processing of new lease agreements and postal expenses that are created when rebooking the new reservation.
