Upstairs: Master bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom with jacuzzi. There are also 2 bedrooms with 2 twin size beds in each and a second bathroom. Rooms with twin beds each have sliding doors opening to balconies. All rooms have pillows, blankets and comforters. Each has it's own cable TV and either a VCR or DVD player, ceiling fan, closet and dresser.

Downstairs: Living room with a 32" TV with surround sound and DVD player, queen size pull-out sofa and sliding doors leading to a small balcony. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, dining area that seats 8, bathroom with stall shower and a utility room with washer and dryer.

Outside: Gas grill and patio furniture. There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Condo has been professionally decorated with your comfort in mind. We DO NOT rent to groups or young adults. There is NO exception and we will be present upon check-in. Pets and smoking not allowed. 4 beach badges are included.

Activities and Attractions: Walk to everything including the famous Seaside Heights amusement park. Fish, jet ski, parasail, go boating or just relax! Atlantic City is less than a 1 hour drive.

Rates 2008: April 5 - May 31, $900 per week, May 31 - June 21, $1300 per week, June 21 - June 28, $1850, JUNE 28 - JULY 5, $1900 - SPECIAL!, JULY 12 - JULY 19, $2200 per week - SPECIAL! July 5 - Aug. 16, $2400, Aug. 16 - Aug. 30, $2200 per week, Aug. 30 - Sept. 27, $1350 per week, Sept. 27 - Oct. 25, $1250 per week.
