This private beach has lifeguards and 12 beach passes are included with the home rental.

Four blocks to the north is the start of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, filled with shops, eateries, and amusements.

A private deck off the master bedroom provides a view of the Lake of the Lilies. A Spiral staircase brings you to the pool deck and pool.

A new patio on the Washington Street side allows kids a place to meet with friends, without disturbing the rest of the family. Enjoy the summer at the beach and still work in New York City!

Your children can attend the Point Pleasant Beach Schools. This private beach has lifeguards and requires passes. (8 Beach Passes are included with your rental) Four blocks to the north is the start of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, filled with shops, eateries, and amusements. This spacious house is available from $4900-$8000 per week. We ask for a $1000.00 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days. The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time). Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time. A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security.

After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for five days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash, travelers checks and major credit cards (please add 4% for credit card processing).

All kitchen amenities are provided including a full compliment of pots and pans, utensils, dishes, flatware, microwave, blender, and food processor. Linens are not provided as part of your rental. Please bring your own food, linens, blankets, towels, toiletries, etc.
