A Family Summer House Rental with all modern luxuries in Victorian Ocean Grove!
Home is comfortable, bright (corner lot) and has all the modern conveniences with the charm of a 19th century home (build in 1875)! Home was included on the Ocean Grove house tour.
1st Floor: Living room with fireplace and wall-mounted Sony HDTV, dining room that seats 8 comfortably, fully stocked kitchen with 6-burner Fisher-Pakel, granite countertops and all-clad cookery. New full bath (with hand-painted mural of the Jersey Shore).
2nd Floor: 5 beautifully designed and decorated bedrooms. Master has queen bed, flat-screen tv, ample closet space and peaceful window seat 2nd bedroom has queen bed, dresser, tv, and closet 3rd bedroom has full bed, large closet and corner desk 4th bedroom has twin built-in bed with canopy curtains and dresser. 5th bedroom has twin bed.
Full New Bath with Jacuzzi Tub. All mattresses are top quality and have pillow-tops. Front porch with ceiling fan and wicker furniture. Rear and side yard with table and 6 chairs, umbrella, 2 lounge chairs, hammock, fountain, weber grill and outdoor shower! Side yard has beautiful gardens. Home comes with use of beach chairs, bikes, linens and two beach tags.
