This Wildwood Rental is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo on the top floor with a view of the bay from all 3 sun decks.
It is located right off the Rio Grande Bridge on Burk St, ON THE BAY.
Park your boat or personal watercrafts in the private slips behind the house.
3 bedrooms, sleeping capacity 8 people. 2 queen size beds Bunk beds and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. All beds are equipped with pillows, blankets . Please bring your own sheets. There is a TV in the master bedroom along with a Jacuzzi and private sundeck. 3 sundecks in all. 2 full bathrooms. Please bring your own towels shampoo and soap. There is a 40 foot deep water boat slip. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, full size refrigerator with ice maker garbage disposal, range/oven, microwave, toaster, teapot, coffee maker can opener, pots and pans, dishware, silverware and glassware service for 8 serving utensils, etc. Dining/ Living Area: table with chairs for 8 2 counter stools,and sleeper sofa. Cable TV with DVD player.

Total occupancy not to exceed ten including all children. A quiet, well-behaved pet will be considered for an additional charge of $25 per day or $150 per week for professional cleaning.
