Deposits:To reserve your week(s) for the 2009 Summer Season a Deposit of $500.00 is due January 5th 2008.50% of Weekly Rental Rate would be due as follows: May Rentals Due January 15th 2009 June Rentals Due Feburary 15th 2009 July Rentals Due March 15th 2009 August Rentals Due April 15th 2009 Final Payment, the other 50% of Rental Fee due 30 Days prior to arrival. Information on how to get the keys will be given 10 day prior to your scheduled arrival.
