Vacation Rental Policies

• Cancellation policy: Full refund if another tenant is found.
• Check-in after 3pm. Check-out before 11am.
• Refundable Security Deposit of $300 on 2-bedroom and $500 on 3-bedroom in addition to Rent.
• Payments: 1/3 ot total charges due at lease signing, balance due two weeks prior to occupancy. Note: We can supply sheets and towels at an additional charge.
