Sunny corner location, spacious seven-bedroom beach rental home in historic Ocean Grove, New Jersey! Ideal for an extended family or group of adults sharing. Wonderful kitchen for preparing delicious summer feasts. Comfortable bedrooms, relaxing rear patio and gracious front porch.

Walk - Two short blocks to beach - 4 beach badges included; one block to playground and tennis court. Historic town center is a short 4-block walk with delightful shops, restaurants, concerts and much more.

Sleep - 12 comfortably in 2 queen size beds, 2 full beds, and 4 twin beds.

Pamper - Bed linens, beach towels, kitchen linens, washer/dryer and weekly cleaning service included. Wireless high-speed Internet access included.

Relax - AC units and ceiling fans in all rooms, or if you prefer, great fresh air sea breezes.

Charm - Large, furnished front porch with beach views. Back yard with BBQ grill, gracious outdoor dining, sun chairs and lovely landscaping.

Delight - Comfortable and stylish, cozy and chic furnishings selected by a designer. First floor - Living room, dining room, huge kitchen and full bathroom. Second floor - Five bedrooms and full bathroom. Third Floor - Two more spacious bedrooms.

Rates for June, July and August 2009:

· June - $4,275 per week

· July - $5,850 per week

· August - $5,850 per week

A $2,500 security deposit is also required. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

The house is not for rent off-season. Sorry, no prom groups in June.
