This charming, recently renovated 2 Family Duplex can be rented individually or as a whole house. Each side sleeps six and contains Living Room w/sleeper sofa, Dining Room, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Storage area (for bikes, beach chairs, etc.), 2 Bedrooms (Queen Bed Master Bedroom, Twin Beds 2nd Bedroom), and Full Bath.
Also included in each unit: 2 TV's, VCR & DVD, CD player & AM/FM radio. All bedding and towels are also included. Ceiling fans in living room and window air conditioners in bedrooms. This lovely home is comfortable, bright and breezy. And super clean!
