Charming So. Seaside Park Cape Cod Rental home located in quiet neighborhood with Waterveiws.

Enjoy relaxing evenings with beautiful bay breezes and privacy.Offers 4 bedrooms,2 full baths,Eat In Kitchen  with sliding doors to fenced in back yard. All amenities to make your vacation a relaxing one!!! Property is 3 blocks to the beach and sits across the street from the bay. Walk to stores , amusement park and restaurants.

Downstairs : Living room with bayviews. Large Eat in kitchen fully equiped..Two bedrooms: One with queen size bed. Second bedroom converted to den with queen size futon, televison with DVD/VCR.Ceiling fans in every room.

Upstairs: Two Large bedrooms. One bedroom with King size bed. The other bedroom has queen size bed and a trundle bed(sleeps four in this room). Full bath.

Outside: Gas grill and patio furniture to sit 12 people with two louge chairs.Outdoor shower. Fenced in yard.

We DO NOT rent to groups or young adults. There is NO exceptions. Activities and Attractions: Walking distance to restaurants. Fish, jet ski, go boating or just relax.

Atlantic City is less than an hour drive.

Some weeks are negotiable, weekends possible based on the time of season and availability.
