Completely renovated! Large corner property, with extra large enclosed backyard/patio/outdoor shower. Rocking chair front porch. Quiet-southern side of town. 1 block to Fletcher Lake.

Completely furnished. Large two bedrooms & and 1 bath. Queen bed in master and twins in second bedroom. Large bedrooms and living space. Large closets in bedrooms, and plenty of storage, including a pull down attic.

Well appointed new kitchen. New tiled bathroom, oak floors thru-out! Lots of windows and light. Bright and breezy with ceiling fans. This craftsman style cottage has lots of details such as custom cherry kitchen cabinets. Appliances are black and stainless steel. New dishwasher, & washer and dryer, and above stove microwave.

Relax during quiet evenings on your rocking chair front porch or simply take in the ocean breezes . Enjoy the unique privacy of a large fenced in backyard/patio right off of your kitchen. Entertain your family or friends using your outdoor gas grill. After playing at the beach, rinse off in your outdoor shower.
