3RD HOUSE FROM THE BEACH FOR RENT

Welcome! Let us introduce you to our vacation home in Ocean CIty, NJ. It is located near the corner of 55th and Asbury Avenue on the beach side of Asbury Avenue--only 2 houses to the beach! (see aerial view on bottom of photos page)

It is a 1st floor unit which features 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 (1 queen bed in master bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each & a queen sofa bed in the living room), 2 full baths, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender and crock pot. The living room/dining room was redecorated Fall 2005 with a new sofa/love seat, fresh paint & new carpet. All bedrooms were completely redecorated Fall 2003.

Come enjoy the 8 miles of Ocean City beaches while relaxing in our home away from home. The wonderful Ocean City beach --a guarded beach-- at 55th Street is just a block away-- just a few steps. You can enjoy the Southend of Ocean City, the peacefulness, quieter streets, Corsen's Inlet State Park, but also enjoy such amenities as Mallons Donuts & Cinnamon Buns, Sack-o-Subs, Sack-o-Pizza & Pasta, Blitz's Deli/Grill/Grocery, A La Mode Ice Cream, Michaels Grill, 55th Street Diner, Surfside Coffee & Gift Shop, Tackle Shop next to A La Mode, and Bicycle Rentals at 55th & West, all on 55th Street (just a few steps away). There is also a great playground for the kids at 52nd and Haven--just a few minutes walk or swings at 57th Street Beach!

With a fully equipped kitchen, you can either cook in, enjoy the relaxation of take-out and walk to get it, or go out. Experience all the conveniences of home just a block from the beach. We do all of our own maintenance during the off season and the cleaning for each new tenant. We pride ourselves on a very clean and well-kept home. Just one more way to insure that you can enjoy a trouble-free vacation.

Our home has 2 decks--front and rear--so that you can enjoy the ocean breeze . . . . what a great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon! The rear deck faces East, with a slight view of the ocean.

We have the house well stocked with movies, for both kids and adults, cable TV with On-Demand Movies during the summer season, 4 TV's, 4 VCR's, 2 DVD players, plenty of books and magazines, puzzles, games, cards,4 bikes, beach chairs, etc. All you need to supply are the towels, sheets, food and fun!

Just a short ride to the 2 miles of Boardwalk (starts at 23rd Street) for rides and entertainment. Everything from bumper cars to roller coasters & log flumes & water parks, miniature golf, shopping, eateries, Kohrs Bros. ice cream, homemade fudge, salt water taffy, etc. The Downtown (north end) of Asbury Avenue offers quaint shops, art galleries, eateries, etc.

Need more night life?? Why not take in a show or a few slots at the Casinos in Atlantic City. It's just a 20 minute drive!

Vacation Rental Policies

• Deposits: Security deposit of $250 -- never had a problem in 6 years of renting-- returned within 15 days of departure.
• SUMMER MONTHS - We rent weekly during the summer months, Saturday to Saturday. SUMMER CHECK IN: 2 pm/CHECK OUT: 10 am Off Season Weeks & Weekends--We are more flexible, but the times are usually: Check In: 12 noon/Check Out: 6 pm
• Payment Options: We break the rental amount & security deposit total into 3 payments. 1/3 is due at lease signing; 1/3 approx. 3 months before rental; 1/3 30 days before rental
