THIS IS ONE OF THE ONLY HOUSES LEFT IN WILDWOOD THAT RENTS TO GROUPS UNDER THE AGE OF 25!! Plan Ahead and Book Now for Prom or Senior Week in the Spring of 2009.

This spacious house has been completely renovated and beautifully decorated with all new furnishings. This house has everything you need for a great summer home and it’s less than four short blocks to the free Wildwood beach and boardwalk.

This house is divided by floors with separate entrances for each floor. There are 3 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom on each floor. Each floor sleeps a MAXIMUM of 8 people. If you rent both floors, you can have up to 16 people.

 

The Rental Rates for 2009 are:

 

**AUGUST SPECIAL**  week of August 22-29 for only $1700

 

• NOV - MARCH    3 nights   $300, 4 nights   $350
• APRIL               3 nights   $500, 4 nights   $600
• MAY                 3 nights  $1000, 4 nights  $1100
• JUNE - AUG       7 nights only - First Floor  $2000, Second Floor  $1900
• SEPT                3 nights   $600, 4 nights   $700
• OCT                 3 nights   $300, 4 nights   $350

 

Rates are discounted if you rent more than one week.

The security deposit for one floor is $500.

If you rent both floors the security is only $800.
