Beautifully restored, furnished second floor apartment on a quiet street one block from the beach. Located in a hundred year old Victorian( 2006 Beersheba Award winner for outstanding restortation and preservation), you can enjoy spectacular ocean views from your wrap around porch. The apartment consists of two bedrooms,livingroom, kitchen, dining room and bath. Whatever your situation, you will find affordable comfort and charm in historic Ocean Grove.

P.S. I'm sorry but the picture of the second bedroom is not yet available for viewing.. It's similar in style to the first, except it has wicker furniture with a floral wallpaper. I am working on correcting the problem. Please call me if you have any questions.

Additionally if you do smoke ,we can discuss it. Smoking is not allowed in apartment. Again, please contact me with any questions...

Vacation Rental Policies

• Payment Options: Check or cash.
• A security deposit of $500.00 is required. A deposit of $450.00 is required to hold your vacation rental. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $65.00 is also required.
• Check in after 2 PM Check out by 11 AM There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $65.00 which allows for 2 hours of cleaning. If the apartment requires more than 2 hours worth of cleaning, the balance will be taken from the security deposit.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: Depending on the date you cancel, I will refund your money in full or send you your refund as soon as I re-rent unit. If I am not able to get what you initially paid I will refund to you whatever I collect. Generally, if you cancel before March 1, 2008 , I can most likely re-rent unit but if you cancel after March 1st it becomes more difficult. In any case, I will do whatever I can to help you as I understand situations change.
