October Rental: Ocean View Townhouse Only Steps to the Beach 

Enjoy this fall in an ocean view townhouse one block from the beach. This sunny corner location catches the sea breeze in the day and the sunset at cocktail hour. Its open floor plan is perfect for the family and expands nicely for guests with a pull out couch.

The tastefully decorated living room/dining room offers hardwood floors and flexiable floor space for formal dining or pizza in front of the TV. The updated eat-in kitchen has ample counters, a large pantry and a ceremic tile floor . The powder room is located on this level. You can watch the fireworks from the deck. 

Upstairs you will find 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. The ground level has a garage, laundry room and storage. The convenient location allows you to walk everywhere.

What we love?

By the time we get tired of walking back from the ocean.... we're home.

We love catching the ocean breeze knowing if it gets too hot we can flick on the central air.

We love entering on the ground level and shedding all the sandy stuff before going up to the living room. The laundry room is just steps away for icky towels. 

We love having drinks on the deck before dinner then walking to the nightly live entertainment. Afterward we walk to town for gelato and espresso.

We love riding bikes to Ocean Grove and seeing the lovely Victorian homes and gardens. We also ride to the Bocce ball court and our favorite breakfast place in town. 

We love the wonderful ethnic restaurants and the variety of take-out(menus in the basket) We love the pizza place on Brinley. mmm!

We love getting up early, stopping at the coffee shack on the corner and walking the beach looking for sea glass.

 We love the extra parking lot for guests.

We love the sales at SteinMart and the food at Wegmans on rainy days. Of course it never really rains in Bradley Beach.

• Cancellation/Refund Policy: Security deposit returned no later than two weeks after vacated. Initial Deposit returned only if landlord is able to re-rent unit with no loss.

• Payment Options: One month in advance. A month and a half securty deposit. Cash, check or money order, please.
