Barnegat Light Summer Rental - Steps to BeachHello Summer !
For rent for the 2008 summer season....first floor of duplex .
Ocean block, second house from the beach, quiet location at the end of 10 Street. A few steps from your frontdoor, through the dunes to the beach at 10 Street. Nine Street has a tram from the beachramp that will take you directly to the water.
Barnegat Light located on LBI is a quiet town with a lot of things to do ...rain or shine.There is the light house Old Barney to climb, nature center and nature walk in Barnegat Light State Park. Crabbing / fishing of the piers and docks. Boat/kayak rentals etc.
The beaches are beautiful, well kept and clean and lifequards are present all season.
Plenty of quaint littleshops in historic Viking Village, where you can take a tour of the fishing docks and boats.Several nice restaurants,ice cream parlour. Barnegat Light has its own historical museum where you can learn about the long and rich history of Long Beach Island and Barnegat Light.
At the end of ten Street there is a playground, basketball and tenniscourts, skateboarding coarse,baseball fields.
The house has a newly renovated kitchen with new fridge ,stove and microwave. The master bedroom has a queensize bed, the other two bedrooms each have two twinsize beds. There is a small deck with picnictable and chairs for outside dining/grilling.There is wireless internet access and cable tv.
The underhouse has a washer and dryer and plenty of room to store your bikes and beach gear. And yes...plenty of shovels and sandbuckets in case you plan to win the annual sandsculpting contest.The outside shower has hot and cold water. Four beachtags (required for adults and kids over twelve) will be provided.
