This house is unique as well , because it is set up so the Two suites can easily become One delightful, capacious, and fun Beach House with Two kitchen Dining Areas. This is a Great Option if relatives, or close friends would like to share a Beach House together for the summer.

SUITE A: 1st Floor 1.5 bedrooms

Summer and Winter Rental : for a 1st floor very luxuriously furnished, spacious (900ft.), 1.5 bedroom apartment with antiques, maple wood floors, oriental rugs, side yard, lots of children's toys, furniture, and lots of amenities.

There is an extra small room off the bedroom, separated by a curtain, with a futon-couch-bed and a desk for a laptop. This lovely room can be used by 1 or 2 children as a bedroom-nursery, or it makes a great sunroom as well.

This charming 1.5 bedroom apartment also has a second entrance through a side yard. The small fenced in side yard has sod, flowers, hanging plants, a lovely round outdoor 2 chair table for eating and an extra large grill with a side burning . Additional folding tables and chairs are available, giving extra room to place food, or eat at.

There is also a 7x4 shed in the side yard for uses by the renter(s) for storage of beach chairs, bicycles, etc.

For a family with 1 or 2 children you will have everything you need and more .

DESCRIPTION OF SUITE B (1,500 sq. ft.)

SUITE B is a Summer and Winter Rental as well:

You enter SUITE B from the spacious front porch and as you mosey your way up the stairs case and each oak step will take you through a journey of pictures.

The second and third floor are decorated with warm colors, wall paper, boarders and wood and painted wood work, as well as lovely oak floors with a touch of floor rugs

The roomy cosy kitchen gives you a peninsula with five stool, a dinning room table that sits four to six people and your own personal library; select a book and leisurely settle in on a sizable very comfortable futon couch, or use the foot stool and work on your laptop computer

There are 3 bedrooms, two on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd floor. The bathroom, located on the 2nd floor, has just had a total makeover and your washer and drier are located there as well.

The 3rd floor has four sky light allowing lots of light as well as ventilation and with built in retractable blinds you can easily keep out the light. There is also a lovely TV sitting area and a laptop computer station.

There are two 7x4 shed in the side yard for uses by the renter(s) for storage of beach chairs, bicycles, etc.
