Vacation Rental Policies

• Check-in 3:00 p.m. - Check out 11:00 a.m.
• Balance must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders. A minimum $200.00 security deposit is required for all rentals. All reservations are reserved on a 3-4 night minimum basis.
• A deposit of 50% of the total rental charge is required in order to confirm the reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival and must be received in the form of a written letter. All cancelled reservations are subject to a 25% service charge. If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there is a forfeiture of the rental fee. No refunds for early departures. No exceptions.
