• Security Deposits: Family $300.00 Groups $100.00 per person Linens must be cleaned prior to leaving or $75.00 cleaning fee. Multiple week discounts available Internet access available for additional $20.00 per week Families preferred. Also accept Paypal Initial Deposit of $300.00 per family or $100.00 per person within 7 days. Security deposit returned within 10 days after checkout date if condominium is returned in the same condition when arrived.
