Stainless steel gas grill. Visit with friends and neighbors on your large first-floor porch or read a book in soothing privacy on the second-floor porch. Wireless internet available throughout. With the apartment, you can sleep up to 14 people in 8 bedrooms with 4 full baths very comfortably. Very few rental homes are available in Ocean Grove with so much lovely space. Discounts are available when you rent both the main house and apartment.

Vacation Rental Policies

• 10% security deposit due on reservation. 50% due two months ahead of rental start. Remaining 50% due one month ahead of rental.
• Rates vary by month: May 1-29: $7,000 May 31-June 29: $8,200 July 1-30: $11,000 Aug 1-Sept 1: $11,500 Sept 3-30 $7,700 Oct.-April $2,300/month Full year rental available. Check or money order.
• Security deposit will be returned minus damages after completion of rental. Deposit is nonrefundable if rental is cancelled within two months of rental start date.
