Take a train or a bus to NYC for a show or museum. Spend a day at Monmouth racetrack or paragliding over the ocean. Catch your dinner fly fishing from the jetty or rent a boat at the neaby Shark River marina. Hop down the Parkway to Atlantic City for the casinos or a show.

Ocean Grove is a National Historic site

See why Ocean Grove is famous for its hundreds of "Painted Lady" Victorian homes. The Great Auditorium, just 2 1/2 blocks from this house, showcases top-flight entertainment all summer. Free beachside concerts, the annual sand castle contest, a world-famous choir festival, miniature golf on the boardwalk, and great antiquing round out the family activities available nearby. Stroll over to Main Street to rent a bike, browse the art galleries, restaurants, and shops, or relax at the old-fashioned soda fountain. A short walk across the bridge to Asbury Park brings you to a lively nightlife scene with an amazing array of restaurants.

Rental Home Features: Fully air conditioned. A completely equipped kitchen downstairs plus a second kitchen in the apartment upstairs, newly refurnished living & dining room with a HD flat-screen TV, second living room/den upstairs, with a second large HD flat-screen TV. Four full sparkling bathrooms. Stainless steel four-burner gas grill big enough for a crowd. Visit with friends and neighbors on your large first-floor porch or read a book in soothing privacy on the second-floor porch. Wireless internet available throughout. Housecleaning service twice a month included.

First floor has foyer, spacious and comfortable living room with large flat screen TV, game table, dining room, full bath, single bedroom, laundry. A beautiful, newly remodeled, eat-in kitchen is yours to enjoy!
Second floor has master bedroom suite, with windows on three sides, a private porch, and bathroom with walk-in shower. A separate apartment on the second floor has a full kitchen, living room, bath, and two bedrooms (one queen, one twin), and can be locked off or connected to the rest of the house.
Third floor has full bath and four bedrooms - two queen, one with twin beds, one single.

Ceiling fans and window AC throughout, antiques and stained glass are throughout this newly redecorated home.

Minimum rental: one week during July-August (firm!). Will consider shorter rentals off-season.

Sorry, absolutely no high school or college-aged groups. There must be at least 2 responsible adults over the age of 30 for any rental.

Vacation Rental Policies

Rates: Oct-May: $9,300/month or $2700/week ; June: $10,300/month or $3000/week; July: $13,500/month or $4200/week; August: $14,500/month or $4600/week; September $9,500/month or $3000/week; One week minimum stay June-August. Check or money order only. Payment required in advance. If you do not need the apartment, rents will be reduced by 10%. Returning renters: 5% discount. Renters for periods greater than 5 weeks: 10% discount.
Security/damage deposit due on reservation. Payment schedule: 50% due two months ahead of rental start. Remaining 50% due one month ahead of rental.
Check out: 11 am Check in: 2 pm (unless other arrangements have been made)
Security deposit will be returned minus damages after completion of rental. Deposit is nonrefundable if rental is cancelled within two months of rental start date.
