Paradise Cabin:

Escape and relax in a small cozy, quiet, 12x12, "unique", luxuriously furnished cabin with a "Hot Springs Grandee Hot Tub", an after skiing Spa to luxuriate in after a lovely day enjoying Vermont's winter wonderland.

There are also outdoor speakers and color lights to add to the ambience. Can sleep a family of 3, but roomier for a couple, with an All - in - One - Futon Sofa Bunk Bed, double bed flips out on the bottom and a single bed on top. The mattresses are very comfortable.

The soft blue tiled bath is accented with cedar tongue and grooved walls, for extra warmth there is a ceiling "heat-lamp" showering you with a sea of heat, maple and tiled floors, walls beautifully finished with tongue and grooved bass wood, an array of dimmer switches varying the ambience of the indoor and outdoor lighting, but no kitchen, "however", there is A Magic Chef 4.0 cu.-ft. two door refrigerator with a freezer, along with a Keurig B60 Single Cup Hot Beverage Brewing System, a microwave,and a Nu-Wave Oven Pro.

The Mad River Valley has many casual and fine restaurants, some of which are just minutes away.

• 4 conveniently located cubbies to stuff gloves, hat etc.
• Lots of conveniently located Shaker Pegs to organize and hang belongings

• A very friendly driveway with up front parking
• All bedding, linens, towels, and two extra roomy terry cloth hooded robes for the hot tub are provided.
• Very well insulated- stay “toasty warm” with your own Rennai Heater
• TV, basic cable, VCR, DVD, CD, stereo, and cell phone friendly
• Internet
• Laundry Room, 6 x12, with a tub sink for use by the renter(s), a very warm place to put ski boots, ski clothing, and other stuff, by using the laundry room to put ski stuff, it gives you “additional” room in the cabin.
• 1/2 mile to Sugarbush Ski Resort and six miles to Mad River Glen Ski Area. “Paradise Cabin” is located just off the Access Rd. neighboring the Sugarbush Golf Course’s 13th hole
• Several pairs of snowshoes and ski poles
• Lots of board games, including a small air hockey game, magnet darts and a small b-ball hoop. available to use
• There is also a fun sledding hill on the property, a few sleds and saucers are available.
• The “Mad Bus” stops just across the street at The Maples Condos. You can hop aboard and let them do the driving to the wide range of activities the Mad River Valley offers.
• Plowing, shoveling, garbage pick up, and Hot Tub Maintenance
• Paradise Deli is a short stroll away, just behind The Maples Condos. In just minute you have access to “The Best Deli/Groceries” in the Mad River Valley.

To fully appreciate this “Small Unique Paradise Cabin” one must experience it, the pictures worth a thousand words do not do this place justice. For one, or two people, a family of three, there is not a more “unique”, luxurious, awesome location, quiet, and fun rental in the Mad River Valley.

The Entire Ski Season:

Christmas, Dec. 19, 2008- April 12, 2008 ( about 16 weeks, 115 days ) for $7,995.00.

That is around $69.00 / night and $483.00 / week

 No difference in prices for Holidays

Weekend: $150.00/night, Three nights minimum

Three nights for: $450.00

Weekly Rental: $125.00/night Three nights minimum

  Seven nights for: $875.00

Monthly Rental: $1,995.00

The Small Cabin and Main Cabin are only rented out for the "entire summer", separately, or

together, either from Memorial Weekend - Labor Day, ( 14 weeks ), or just

July and August and longer if desired

The Main Cabin is a bigger version of the Small Cabin with the same decor and design. However, there is one lovely bedroom with a bunk bed, double bed on the bottom single on top, a small table which is ideal for a laptop. There is a kitchen/living area as well. The kitchen has all the amenities and the Corian Counter-top sits three people on stools,

“Think Golf Courses...!!!”, and there are many in the nearby vicinity, Hiking, Biking, Canoe/Kayaking, Fishing, Swimming, Horseback Riding, Tennis, Markets, Antiques Shops, and lots more.
