Vacation Rental Policies

• Payment Options: Cash or Check.
• Deposits: $500.00 security deposit for a weekly rental/ $1,000 security deposit for monthly rental due with final payment. Half of rent due to hold week at booking Balance due 2 weeks prior to check in.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy:Security Deposit will be refunded within two weeks of departure date after the exit inspection. Rental Deposit is non refundable unless the week is booked at comparable fees by another tenant.
• Check in Saturday at 3:00pm Check out Saturday at 12:00pm
