The famous Wildwood Boardwalk is a mile away. Beautiful historic Cape May is a short drive over the bridge.

Vacation Rental Policies

• $650 due 14 days after contact to reserve date $650 due 21 days before occupancy $300 security deposit due 21 days before occupancy with a separate check. Security deposit will be returned within 30 days from departure if all requirements are met.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: A refund will be issued if the unit can be rented for the week at no cost to the owner.A $200 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation refunds, if applicable, will be issued at the end of the summer season.
• Check in 3:00pm. Check out 10:00am. Saturday to Saturday rental. No prom weekends.No senior week.No single groups. Must be over 25 to rent. Sleeps 7- 1 king, 1 queen, 3 single beds.Weekly Rental Only
