Vacation Rental Policies

• Cancellation/Refund Policy: All deposits will be refunded in the event of a cancellation, provided that the cancellation occurs no later than May 15th.
• Check in at 2:00 P.M. and check out is 10:00 A.M. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Exeptions may be made in June & September for shorter stays.
• Payment options: cash, credit card, certified check , personal check ( one month prior to vacation). All payments must be in U.S. Dollars
• Deposits: A Deposit of one half of total weeks rental, which is applied to the full amount, is required to hold any week. The balance is due one month prior to the contracted vacation week.
