This charming, expanded Cape-Cod style beach house is conveniently located only three houses from the bay and twelve houses from the ocean - a very easy stroll - on Long Beach Island (LBI) in the south end of Barnegat Light -

• Summer Rates : Some weeks left for July and August $1500 per week upstairs

• $1750 downstairs.

The beach house in Barnegat Light, NJ has two separate floor-though units:

• The Master Bedroom has a queen bed.
• The second bedroom has twin beds
• Third bedroom has twin beds and a separate entrance.
• Screened porch has additional dining option for breakfast, cocktails or dinner.

• One bathroom and outside shower

Enjoy BBQ on gas grills and picnic bench in nice, grassy backyard - two willow trees and lots of room for kids to play, lounge chairs for reading in the afternoon.

• Sheets and towels are the tenant’s responsibility.

Discounts are available for multiple week rentals and rentals in June, late August and September. No pets.

Vacation Rental Policies

• Deposits: $200 cleaning security deposit to be refunded within 14 days of check out.
• Check In/Check Out: Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday. Check in at 2 pm. Check out by 11 am.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy:: If I am able to re-rent the space you will receive a full refund.
• Payment Options: Payment by check within 10 days of check in.
