• Deposits: 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the room. 30 days prior to arrival balance is due in full. If canceled within 30 days you will loose the total amount. The 25% deposit is non-refundable. Demand on thses apartments are high so first come first serve... I have 2 similar apartments for rent.
• Payment Options: Personal check, cash, Credit card may be used with additional tranaction fee.
• Check In/Check Out:
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 5 days of agreement. (applied tp rent)
