Enjoy the sounds of the breeze, and wake to the sounds of birds chirping.Two beautiful porches furnished with very special "no gravity" reclining chairs to relax on, are equally special. The breezes flow easily from the nearby ocean; and, on hot, sunny days it is sometimes cooler to sit on one of the porches or in the lovely, shaded garden-patio than go to the beach! Options! A gas grill and an outdoor table for dining al fresco, are available.

• Deposits Are necessary because of the antique furniture, prints, top quality bedding, beds,ect., and the construction of the house. We will discuss the amount after we determine that there is time for you and your party to stay.
• Payment Options
• Check In/Check Out Check in will be at 3pm, on the day of departure. Check out will be at 10 am.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: There will be a fee if there are any cancellations. Refunds of security will be returned as soon as possible, but, probably not, the day of check out.
