The lovely, large garden patio is extremely RARE in OG's second beach block. (Trust me!) It is canopied by two beautiful,swaying trees. Enjoy the sounds of the breeze, and wake to the sounds of birds chirping.Two magnificently restored porches furnished with very special "no gravity" reclining chairs to relax on, are equally special. The breezes flow easily from the nearby ocean; and, on hot, sunny days it is sometimes cooler to sit on one of the porches or in the lovely, shaded garden-patio (w/ the working fountain), than go to the beach! Vacation Rental Policies

• Deposits A large deposit is required, to ensure the safety of all the antiques,furniture , wall hangings and major work done on the house. We will sign a legal contract regarding this. All has gone well in the past! We will sign a legal lease, as well, guaranteeing the return, provided nothing is broken or badly damaged. We will discuss the amount after we determine that there is time for you and your party to stay.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: All cancellations prior to two mos of your rental Rate will incur a charge. It will be higher, if the house cannot be rented. Your security deposit will be returned to you, asap, by mail, usually within one week.
• Payment Options: We are open to multiple payments. Unless, it is close to arrival date. We do require, though that all payments, including security, be made at least two mos prior to your stay, if possible.
• Check In/Check Out We can try to be flexible with this. However, it most likely is that check-in will be at 3:00 pm on Sat.. Check-out will also be on Sat., at 10 00 am. We need all this time, in between, because we do such an excellent job of cleaning the house and yard for your extended stay!
