Relax inside with a 32 inch color TV or enjoy a summer breeze on the large covered deck (best in the early morning with a newspaper and cup of coffee or in the evening after a long day at the beach).

• Deposits: $350 security deposit returned within 15 days after rental contingent on condition of unit. $125 cleaning fee for those who choose not to clean the unit before leaving.
