For Summer Rental: Point Pleasant Luxury (Side by Side Duplex House) Four Houses away from the Beach and Board Walk

Prime Season: Weekly Rentals June 28 to August 30 - $2,100/Week

Each Point Pleasant Beach Rental Unit has Patio with picnic table, six chairs and an umbrella and lounge chair. The grassy back yard is great for children to play in. There's a gas grill and picnic area for those cookouts or clambakes!

Point Pleasant has the day fishing boats so you can grill your own fresh catch!

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, Microwave, coffee maker and all the cooking and serving utensils you will need.

• Front Porch with overhang to sit and relax in the shade
• Large Entrance Foyer with steps leading to the 2nd floor bedrooms and bath.
• Half-bath on the 1st floor
• Master bedroom with Queen and TV

• Payment Options: Payment: Personal check, Cash, Cashier's check or Money Order, Wire Transfer (call for details)
• Deposits: $200-$1,000 to reserve rental $700.00 minimum security deposit in addition to rent, security to be refunded after stay, provided rental is left in same clean condition as when found.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: Week(s) must be re-rented before any refund/cancellation honored. Commission not refunded (12%)
• Check In/Check Out: Check In: Saturday at 2:00 p.m. Check out: Saturday at 11:00a.m.
