Vacation Rental Policies

• Check in 3:00pm Check out 11:00am The address is 317C West Cresse Ave, Wildwood, NJ. borderline to Wildwood Crest. The street where the boardwalk starts in Wildwood.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: All Cancellations must be made one month prior to scheduled occupancy. If cancellation is not made within that time frame half of the security deposit will be retained.
• Payment Options: Money Order Cashiers Check only
• Deposits: Security deposit of $600.00 required four weeks prior to occupancy. Deposit will be refunded 15 days after vacancy and inspection. Full week rental fee due 30 days before date of occupancy. if not left clean $125. will be deducted from security.
