This home is located just doors from Manasquan's famous downtown district with restaurants, pubs, and shopping.  Just a short bike or walk to the beach and train station.

The cottage is ideally suited for a small family or small group. It is a large one bedroom/loft style carriage home.

Home has been recently repainted entirely on the inside; there is a brand new dryer and all new small appliances; all new towels and bed linens. 

Manasquan is one of the top NJ Shore getaways. It is famous for its sandy beaches and its nightlife with fine restaurants, bars, and clubs. It offers fishing in the ocean and the river. Just two miles north of Point Pleasant with its boardwalk, rides, games and entertainment and just two miles south of Sea Girt and Spring Lake, Manasquan is a wonderful destination spot for families, couples, and singles.

A housekeeper is also available for an additional fee. Please discuss this detail with owner if interested. 

Tennis courts are within biking distance and can be found at the Atlantic Club (call club for details) and also about 1/2 mile away in Brielle at Green Acres Park.

Winter rental pricing is negotiable. (Furnishings to be discussed if needed). Summer 2009 Season Booking Now with Rates starting at $1250 per week or full season rate to be negotiated.  Contact owner for extended pricing for multiple weeks, month or season for 2009.

Vacation Rental Policies

• Cancellation/Refund Policy: All deposits are nonrefundable unless cancelled 60 days prior to occupancy date. If cancelled prior to 60 days in advance, then 50% deposit will be returned.
• Check In/Check Out: Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is at 3pm. Check out is 10 am.
• Payment Options: Half rental amount due upon signing of contract. Full payment plus full security deposit due a minimum of 14 days prior to occupancy/beginning of rental. Deposit is nonrefundable unless cancelled in writing 60 days in advance. Payment must clear to be considered received. Payment can be made by check, money order. For any other types of payment, please contact landlord to discuss.
• Deposits: Security deposit for weekly rentals is $500, for monthly rentals is $1000 and for season is $2000. Full security due 14 days prior to occupancy date. Security deposit to be returned minus any damages (with exception of typical wear and tear).
