Planning a family get-together on the Jersey Shore? You’ve found it!

This great house can sleep from 6 to 12 very comfortably. For a Weekly get-away in Beach Haven, this spacious, private two-family house can be rented as one summer house or as a one floor apartment – top floor or ground floor. Either way, all the amenities are the same – beach tags, bikes for adults and kids, gas grill and off-street parking and a beautiful living space.

The open floor plan has an easy flow from living room, to dining room to kitchen, and outside play area for the children after the beach. Book an easy-breezy vacation at the Jersey Shore and the price has been reduced.

8 houses to the beach on the Oceanside - no crossing the main boulevard to get to the beach!

No high school or college student groups. Pets and smoking are prohibited indoors.
We're a walking distance to all the Beach Haven fun and convenience stores:Acme Grocery Skipper Dipper Icecream Parlor, Joey's Pizza, Bike Rentals.

2009 Summer Rental Reservations now be accepted - renting Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 11am.

RENTAL RATES FOR JULY AND AUGUST: $1750 per floor (2 bedrooms/2bathrooms) or discounted rate of $3400 for entire house (4 bedrooms/4bathrooms). Originally priced at $1950 per floor, $3900 for entire house. SAVINGS UP TO $500 per week!!!

We are very flexible in the off-season for nightly rentals - you can do 2, 3, 4 nights, as long as home is available - just email or call me to discuss options.

Payment Terms: 50% of rental due at contract signing. Balance due 14 days before check in date. Security Deposit due at contract signing - $500 per floor/weekly rentals or $250 per floor/nightly rentals
