RDH Properties is proud to offer vacation opportunities for 2008/2009 Off Season in its premier property known as The Maine Cottage located at 110 G Street, Seaside Park, NJ.

This property features sleeping for up to 6 people.

• 1 king size bed
• 2 full size beds
• 2 twins beds

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 sleeping nook, eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, and an additional enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Amenities include zoned air conditioning, heat, a full functioning kitchen, washer and dryer, TV, cable and internet. A gas grill, table and umbrella add to your vacation enjoyment. There is plenty of off street parking in the driveway and backyard. Beach chairs and beach passes round out the experience.

• The Maine Cottage is smoke free.
• The yard is completely fenced in making it children and pet friendly.

Each week a pet is in residence requires a non refundable fee of $100.

Evening sunsets over the Bay can be viewed from the property, and it is a short walk to the beach.

• Oct & April - $1400/wk; 3800/wk; $850 Th-Sun
• Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar - $1000/wk; $150/night
• Full winter-October 4 through May 23-$12,000

• Cleaning fee- $75/wk $150/mo (mid stay cleaning- Friday)
