This beautifully renovated house is great for a family vacation - a spacious 3 bedroom  in Ocean Grove's scenic south end near Fletcher Lake and just 2.5 blocks to the ocean and south end beach. We offer weekly rentals for the summer season and partial week rentals for the off-season Spring holidays, long week-ends and weekly get-aways. Short walk to Bradley Beach, Ocean Grove's Great Auditorium and Asbury Park.

Vacation Rental Policies

• Security Deposits: $500 for weekly rental. Deposits are due with final payments.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: Security Deposit will be refunded within two weeks of departure date after the exit inspection. Rental Deposit is non-refundable unless the week is booked at comparable fees by another tenant.
• Payment Options: Check, cash or wire. Half of rent due to hold week at booking. Balance due 2 weeks prior to check in.
